When you first use voice recording, you'll see a disclaimer in the app. Here's what it covers:

Consent & Permission You are responsible for ensuring you have permission to record in any setting. This includes obtaining consent from your institution, lecturer, or any individuals present before starting a recording. Recording without permission may violate institutional policies or local laws.

Data Processing Your recordings are processed by Raena AI to generate study materials such as summaries and flashcards. By using this feature, you agree to this processing as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

Content Ownership You retain ownership of your recordings. However, by using this feature you grant Raena AI a licence to process that content solely for the purpose of delivering the service to you, as described in our Terms of Service.
