Multiple Choice Question Bug

I was doing a Quiz about Volcanoes, and there is a bug in a Multiple choice question. I got the Question wrong when I mis clicked and chose “Vents”, and the expected answer was “fissures”, but there was no option for fissures. Please fix this bug, thank you.
