website not working

ive tried clearing cache, resetting laptop, relogging into website to try and use the app features and still nothing is working. It’s been multiple days now, I paid a lot of money to have a subscription and it feels like a bit of a rip off considering I can't even use the website for whats is designed to do when I need to use it the most (during exams season)
